Using new technologies to streamline organizational processes
This paper addresses the use of new and emerging technologies to streamline organizational processes within law enforcement agencies. It draws on the outcomes of an expert roundtable held in Vienna in October 2025, bringing together perspectives from law enforcement, academia, the private sector and civil society, to identify opportunities for integrating technological innovations into organizational practices, and provide recommendations for enhancing efficiency while ensuring respect for human rights and fundamental freedoms.
